Rajiv Sharma, MD

Rajiv Sharma, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Mirage Health, which has convenient locations in Chandler and Mesa, Arizona. 

Dr. Sharma attended medical school in Punjab, India, with a full scholarship. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency at the prestigious Loma Linda University Medical Center in California and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. He received a Certificate in healthcare practice from Loma Linda University. He is a scientist, research scholar, and the recipient of the Walter McPherson Society research excellence award. He has been in private practice since 2012.

As an author and educator, he has been featured on CBS, ABC, FOX, and Sirius XM Health. In 2022, he received an entrepreneurship award from the Office of the Governor of Indiana. He has served in leadership positions with large hospital systems and served as Chief of Gastroenterology at an Accountable Care Organization. Currently, he is the founder and president of Mirage Health, an innovative gastroenterology practice serving the Phoenix Metro, Arizona.
